Tasks

As a customer service employee, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure that customer enquiries are processed quickly and efficiently, and in a friendly manner. You keep track of orders, deliveries and feedback at all times. Through your commitment, you ensure that our customers can rely on our service at all times and are always satisfied.

What you can expect:

  • Friendly and efficient handling of customer requests via phone, email or chat.
  • Support with order processing and coordination with other departments
  • Processing complaints in coordination with warehouse management
  • Working with our LFS8 from Erhardt und Partner, as well as controlling the warehouse processes
  • Documentation of all processes - reliable and accurate
  • Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes
  • Taking on general office tasks and participating in projects

Qualifications

What you should bring along:

  • Completed business education or experience in customer service (e.g. office management assistant or similar)
  • Fluent in written and spoken German; business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in customs clearance is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally initial work experience in the administration of a warehouse as well as knowledge of a warehouse management system, ideally E+P V8
  • Friendly attitude and communication skills
  • Organizational talent and a structured way of working
  • Team spirit, flexibility and resilience - you keep a cool head even in stressful situations!
